• Scargill Mann & Co Awful! Unprofessional!

  When my girlfriend and I were looking to buy a house, we found a few that Scargill Mann & Co were selling. We arranged viewings with a couple, and this is where we encountered our first problem. First of all, the agent was 10-minutes late and offered no apology. He did not know any information on the house in question, and when we put a bid in on the house, they did not have any record of us doing so! We finally got this sorted, but when they contacted us about confirming our offer, we pulled out due to the complete lack of professionalism. Buying a house is the most expensive thing anyone does in their lives and I'm not trusting a company like Scargill Mann & Co with £1 let alone £80,000! Avoid!!!!
