About Us

Brief description

I am a trained and experienced reflexologist (ITEC dip) treating a wide range of health issues. I specialise in maternity reflexology to aid conception & fertility & to maintain health & balance during pregnancy and as a birth doula I support couples through pregnancy, labour & birth until after the baby is born, whether at home or in hospital. In addition I am a Hopi Ear Candle practitioner (a non-invasive therapy to treat a number of conditions) and use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
