Fresh Ground

My family and I have eaten in Fresh Ground on a regular basis over the last year. The surroundings are extremely pleasant and relaxed; the staff very friendly and the food plentiful and cooked and displayed to a high standard. Their annual "Valentine's Dinner" is always a joy to attend and the recent addition of twilight suppers to coincide with the opening of recently refurbished The Ritz Cinema across the road from the restaurant now means that you can enjoy a very pleasant meal before going to the cinema! They also serve an excellent array of foreign beers and good wines. I can't fault the restaurant and highly recommend it to anyone!

Visited twice after a friends recommendation and I was impressed. First time alone for a meal and then with a friend for a chat, coffees and snacks. Nice, though not extensive, range of very well prepared food. Very pleasant atmosphere, nice suroundings and good service. The price was spot on for the quantity and 'quality' provided. I will make this a regular 'watering hole' when I am in the area.
