About Us

Brief description

I am an experienced and accredited Cognitive Behavioural T therapist of some 28 years experience. I provide a private cognitive behavioural therapy service for all emotional and psychological problems, including anxiety, depression, relationship, occupational, sleep, pain management and dependency problems. CBT is a sound scientific and evidenced based approach to therapy. I run clinics in Long Eaton for easy acces from Nottingham , loughborough and Leicester and in Littleover for access from Derby, Burton, Lichfield and Staffordshire .
