F1 Pro Valeters

I made contact with this company by email. Andy called me back and we made verbal arrangements. He assured me he would email me written confirmation. I had to email him again to request this. My car was due to be valeted at 9am this morning. As I sit here and type this nobody has turned up. I waited until 9.30am (to give them the benefit of my doubt) then telephoned the advertised owner, Andy, on the freephone number. This never gets answered but gets directed to his mobile. A 'Zoe' answered the phone with a "Hello". Not professional in my eyes. Andy sounded shocked that nobody had turned up, assured me he would chase them up and call me back to confirm the outcome. Another 20mins. or so later and guess what ....... No call!! I called him nigh on 10 times (even leaving a voice mail message asking him to do me the courtesy of letting me know what was happening) and each time it rang to his voicemail. It's now gone 11am. He STILL has not had the courtesy to call me and state that nobody is able to make it (for whatever reason!) This is absolutely BANG out of order! SO MY ADVICE TO YOU IS DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS SO-CALLED VALETING COMPANY!!!!!! Don't say you weren't warned! I'm furious (& this has totally wasted my Saturday morning).
