BRILLIANT customer service!
I headed into Chapelle on Tuesday looking for 'well I'm not quite sure' and they were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, items were shown to me, taken from cabinets, chain lengths discussed ... etc! In the end I left with a beautiful pendant chain - and the promise that if it wasn't suitable or exactly the right gift they would 'exchange it no problems' ... Brilliant!
