Our service, we always go that extra mile i.e we do the deliveries for Ikea customer service department and we will always take the goods in the house and if its a sofa for example we will unwrapp it for the customer and attach the legs for them and take the rubbish away. Thats just one example we will call the customer an hour before delivery so they don't have to wait in all day. But most of all we do the job happy and all the team smile and make everyone happy.

just bought a new kitchen from ikea and RAD were the delivery "third party" company. normally, i'm wary of third party companies as there's no come back on the original one but i had absolutely NO reason to be. I had 74 items delivered, ranging from HEAVY to light and the delivery crew rang me 45 minutes before, turned up when they said and then delivered everything into the room of my choice! Would i use them again? ABSOLUTELY! Delivery charge was more than reasonable as well.
