• Never Again

  Being a landlord with IMS is the worst decision I ever made. Their staff are rude and ignorant, don't return calls and don't give a damm when tenants leave your house in a mess. They don't bother completing inspection visits and the check out service is a joke - don't use at any cost.

  Really useless Lettings agents,as someone else stated, the people who show around are really nice, but all the staff are rude and nasty. really dont bother with these, ever!!!

• Very Professional Service

  IMS Lettings Derby – I have recently become a tent with IMS and have found the service provided by IMS to be a refreshing change being very polite and fast with their responses. I wish all Letting agents were like IMS.
