CPM Ltd - Property & Building Maintenance

C P M is a young company in the building and construction industry.

Originally founded in Ilkeston, it was initially involved in small maintenance and improvement works.

It has now grown to undertake larger projects including major renovation and refurbishments, alterations including structural work and new building in both the private and commercial sectors,

Whilst most of its clients are located in the Nottingham / Derby area it has won contracts with a well known large national organisation to carry out maintenance and improvement works throughout the United Kingdom.

Most invitations to tender are as a result of referrals from other clients.

The company policy is to provide a bespoke service to all clients and to ensure that the finished product provides complete customer satisfaction.

This is reflected in the growing number of letters received from clients expressing their full approval and grateful thanks for the work completed.

This week, the organisation responsible for approving work in the construction field have also recognised the company’s skills. The Local Authorities in the East Midlands in their LOCAL BUILDING EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2009 have granted C P M the SILVER AWARD in recognition of the quality of their work achieved in the construction of ‘ THE HOME BAR’ in Arnold town centre
