Studio 2000 is the only full time training facility in the East Midlands that offers authentic Muay Thai taught to you by a former champion and fully qualified instructor with over 25 years experience. The studio which is fully equipped and insured offers something for everyone interested in their health and well being.

New fitness boot camp started

We are pleased to announce our new fitness boot camp on Saturday afternoons 2-3pm for everyone who wants to be become fitter and loose weight.This class will include basic body weight exercises for everyone regardless of your level of fitness.The classes will teach you how to master these exercises and become fitter more toned and stronger, with advice on recovery, diet and life style changes.This is a pure fitness class and you will not be taught Muay Thai or asked to take part in Muay Thai boxing.

Studio 2000 Fitness bag sessions

No complicated Gym contracts, full body workout with Cardio and conditioning training, a great way to loose weight and tone up and classes open to anyone only £5 per session. Open Tuesday and Thursday 11 - 12 am

Specialist Services

Studio 2000 provides male and female changing rooms, toilet area, customer viewing area, fully heated gym with MMA matted area for ground and pound work. Boxing ring for interclub and club sparring, seperate bag area for fitness and technique work.
