  This was my first buy to let property and Paul and Jo took the time out to help me from start to finish. i cant fault their service they were availiable whenever i wanted them, their service far exceeded the low price that they charged. From completing the sale to my tennants moving in took just 13 days, i cant recommend them highly enough +++++++

• what a relief

  I was new to this reanting properties and was especially worried about using an agency because I thought they were going to cost alot. But speedylets proved me wrong, they werent expensive and they have taken all the worry from me. I would definatley recommend them to everyone.

• Efficeint , effective & value for money!

  Landlord- I can wholeheartedly reccomend Speedy Lets. They do what others do ,but faster cheaper & with no compromise in service. Infact they do it better!

• More than just a letting agent

  I have been a tenant with Speedylets since March 2010. I've been renting properties all over the country since 1996 and Jo and Paul at Speedylets are easily the best letting agent I have come into contact with. They listen, are flexible, they don't rush you around in those annoying salesy-type ways some letting agents do, and they are easily available to you when you have any problems with the property. It' also a bonus to have letting agents who are really lovely people. If you are looking for an agent to either rent or to let your house, choose this agency.

• Excellent, efficient and frindly service!!

  I used speedy lets to help set up my property ready for let! I decided i wanted the package where i managed the property, as this is one of the options that Speedylets offer! The company took care of everything, from advertising our property, service checks, tenant checks and setting up the standing order. Speedlets live by their name! As the whole process took about 5 weeks. Fantastic value for money and brilliant customer care!

• First-rate service at a fantastic price

  I’ve been using Speedylets to fully manage a property that I own and rent out for nearly a year. I was impressed at how thorough they were in vetting new tenants, and have been more than happy with their service throughout. I would highly recommend them as offering fantastic value for money.
