Poor company, do not use
We had this company to fit our kitchen. We had a couple of general builder turn up to fit the kitchen, tho they did there best, you could tell the kitchen was not fitted as it should be, it did not help with the Western Kitchen agent miss measuring the kitchen, in the first place. We had plinths that were to narrow for the gap between the cupboards and wooden floor, Western Kitchens answer to this was put different wood along the top of the plinths, which made the kitchen look odd to say the least. We had a gap from the kitchen cupboards to the wall, again this was caused by the Western Kitchen rep miss measuring. I contacted the rep who miss measured the kitchen only to keep getting fobbed off with excuses, in the end he would either not answer my calls or when i did get through to him he put the phone down on me on numerous occasions.Save yourself a lot of stress and worry and leave Western Kitchens well alone, as i dont want anybody having the multiple problems i had by using this poor company by the name of Western Kitchens.

very pleased, High quality kitchen
Just want to let you know how pleased we are with our newly fitted kitchen.Everything from start to finish was first class. Delivery was exactly the time specified and both delivery men were very helpful and they put things exactly where I needed. We purchased our kitchen from the WESTERN KITCHEN DERBY and were very impressed with all of our stuf. They showed great patience and professionalism as we were very indecisive buyers. Needless to say their hardwork was definitely worth it and we look forward to many happy hours spent in our wonderful kitchen. Thanks western kitchen DERBY Kathreen

Western Kitchens. Terrible Company.
Western Kitchens insist you pay up front which we paid £4500. After Western Kitchens have your money they do not want to know you (the customer) or problems concerning your kitchen. Leave Western Kitchens well alone.
